Increase your email open rates by keeping your subject line from 6 to 10 words long.  Using someone's name in the subject line also works, according to data, but it is also a spam trigger according to some ISPs.  


Now you can really bump your open rates with a song lyric in the subject line.  How to work that into a business promo is unclear.
